No One Should Face a Disability Claim Alone
As a Non-Attorney Social Security Representative (EDPNA) and Long-Term Disability Claims Advocate at Tucker Disability Law, I am dedicated to helping people navigate the often overwhelming disability claims process with clarity, transparency, and compassionate support. I believe no one should have to face the uncertainty of a disability claim alone, especially during one of the most challenging periods of their life.
Understanding Your Journey
My approach goes beyond paperwork and appeals. I take the time to listen, understand each person’s circumstances, and provide personalized guidance and advocacy tailored to their needs. With a supportive foundation, honest communication, and clear direction, I strive to help clients move forward with confidence, even when the process feels discouraging.
I have had the privilege of helping people facing desperate circumstances, including the risk of homelessness, repeated Social Security denials, and frustrating battles with insurance companies. I know how easily hope can fade when benefits are delayed or denied. I am committed to standing beside our clients, helping them persevere, and advocating for the medical and financial benefits they may be entitled to receive.
My mission is to make sure every person we serve feels heard, supported, and represented with compassion and determination. Helping people through the Social Security disability process has always been more than a career to me. It is a passion.
Building Your Strongest Case
I began my career in disability law in 2023 as a legal assistant, and I spent the next three years developing my knowledge of Social Security and ERISA disability claims. In August 2026, I passed the Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorney (EDPNA) examination and became an authorized non-attorney representative. I am federally authorized to represent claimants before the Social Security Administration in both Title II (Social Security Disability Insurance) and Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) disability claims.
My approach is grounded in:
- Listening first and understanding each person’s circumstances
- Personalized guidance and advocacy tailored to each client’s needs
- Honest communication and clear direction at every step
- Educating claimants so they understand their rights
- Persistence when the process feels discouraging
My Commitment to You
When you work with me, you get:
- A representative who listens and treats you with compassion and respect
- A federally authorized non-attorney representative for Social Security disability claims
- Clear, honest communication about where your claim stands
- Guidance that fits your situation, not a one-size-fits-all approach
- A team that never gives up
Your Claim Isn’t Over. Neither Are We.
If your Social Security or long-term disability claim was denied, delayed, or stuck, tell us what happened. The Tucker team and I will help you understand where things stand and what options may still be available.
