Fighting for You 24x7

More Than 25 Years Helping People Navigate Social Security Disability

For more than 25 years, I have dedicated much of my legal career to helping people navigate the Social Security Disability system. When an illness, injury, or disability keeps you from working, the challenges reach far beyond the legal process. Your financial security, your independence, and your peace of mind may all be at stake. My goal is to make a complicated and often frustrating process easier to understand, with experienced legal representation and the personal attention every client deserves.

Every Client Has a Story Worth Hearing

I believe effective representation begins with listening. Every client has a unique story, and understanding how a medical condition affects your ability to work is essential to presenting your case well. Having established and managed Social Security Disability practices, including my own law firm, I know how much careful preparation, clear communication, and personal attention matter at every stage of a claim.

Decades of Experience Advocating for Disability Claimants

I began representing Social Security Disability claimants in 1999. Since then, I have served as a managing Social Security Disability attorney, operated my own nationwide disability practice, and helped build and manage disability practices within established law firms. I have represented clients before Administrative Law Judges throughout the United States. My background also includes civil litigation, estate planning, trusts, and business law, which helps me evaluate complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.

At Tucker Disability Law, my practice focuses on:

  • Social Security Disability Claims
  • Initial Applications
  • Appeals of Denied Claims
  • Hearings Before Administrative Law Judges
  • Helping Clients Understand Their Rights and Options

My Commitment to You

When you work with me, you get:

  • An experienced attorney who values your trust
  • Clear communication, so you understand what is happening with your claim
  • Personal attention to your unique situation
  • Respect, and an attorney who listens to your concerns
  • Careful preparation at every stage, from application to hearing

Take Your Next Step

If a medical condition has prevented you from working, or your Social Security Disability claim has been denied, you do not have to navigate the process alone. At Tucker Disability Law, I look forward to putting my experience to work helping you pursue the disability benefits available to you. Experience That Matters to Your Case

  • J.D., cum laude, University of Baltimore School of Law (1999)
  • Admitted to the Maryland (1999), Colorado (2019), and Texas (2021) bars
  • Representing Social Security Disability claimants since 1999
  • Managing Social Security Disability Attorney, Law Office of Fred S. London, P.C.
  • Solo Practitioner, Heart of the Rockies Disability Associates, LLC and Lang Law, LLC
  • Member, Maryland State Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Texas Bar Association

Outside my practice, I have served my community in education leadership, including as President of the Cotopaxi Board of Education RE-3.

What I cut from JD’s draft: the repeated “listening / attention it deserves” passages, the Senior Associate (Bernstein), Associate (Schnitzer) and Law Clerk roles, and the BOCES and Colorado school-board association lines. The closing community line mirrors Madison’s personal closing sentence, and JD can drop it.
