Tucker Disability Law is proud to announce a new addition to our staff. Daniel Clarke comes to us with a rich background in veterans’ issues, making him the perfect fit for our Camp Lejeune Justice Act team.
During his eight-year stint in the Army, Daniel saw firsthand the poor outcomes many of his friends received from the VA. The desire to help his fellow veterans prompted him to return to school to pursue a career in veterans’ disability law.
Daniel graduated with his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey, where he majored in English and minored in Business, Law, and Philosophy.
He received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law School.
While in law school, he worked with the Penn State Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, helped found the Centre County Veteran Mentorship Program (CCVMP) and Centre County Veteran Treatment Track Initiative (VTTI) with the District Attorney, and was a Military & Veterans’ Law Institute Fellow through Chapman University.
Daniel lives in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia with his fiance and his dog, Theodore Roosevelt. When he’s not on a motorcycle, he enjoys camping, hiking, and gardening.
