About

“I am passionate about advocating for those with disabilities, a commitment deeply rooted in my personal experiences.” ~ Halle Finegold

Growing up with family members who had disabilities, Halle witnessed the challenges families face in ensuring their loved ones receive the care and support they need. Inspired by her grandfather, a World War II Veteran who emphasized the importance of caring for those who served, Halle is dedicated to supporting Veterans and fighting for the benefits they worked so hard to earn.

Education

  • Halle graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English.
  • She received her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law School.

Experience

While at Penn State Law School, Halle gained invaluable experience interning with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Disability Rights Network. During her final year, she participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, where she contributed to an amicus brief for the Supreme Court (Southwest Airlines Co. v. Saxon) advocating for workers’ rights.

Halle now calls Washington, D.C., home, where she lives with her fiancé and their two dogs. Originally from California, she enjoys exploring the vibrant Capital and discovering all the East Coast has to offer. She loves to cheer on Penn State football and catch other weekend sports in her spare time.

Halle specializes in Veterans Law, providing personalized guidance and advocacy every step of the way. To discuss your case with Halle and learn how she can assist you, contact her at (866) 282-5260.
